Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and profile information, course enrollment and progress, quiz attempts, and related service records while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App and Website.

We retain analytics, diagnostic, support, transaction, security, and fraud-prevention records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. We may retain information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

You may delete your account from within the App by going to Account > Delete account, or request deletion by emailing privacy@ecgstampede.com. When account deletion is completed, we delete the account and personal information associated with it, including profile information, course progress, quiz attempts, and App authorization, except for limited records that we must retain for legitimate legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, security, or regulatory purposes. Information retained for one of these purposes is restricted to that purpose and deleted when the applicable retention period expires.

Authentication information stored securely on your device is removed when you sign out or delete your account. Other locally stored App data may remain until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Website and App.
